Qualities from other networks and top measures for success

negation

Yesterday afternoon the participants broke into smaller groups to think about the other networks they are involved in and what things work well and the things that should be avoided in the creation of the IYWT network. The groups thought about it in five areas…

  • Organisational structure
  • Communication
  • Member ‘selection’ / decision making
  • Events and activities
  • Sustainability

What works well

The participant came back together and fed back their things that worked well to the wider group to create a list of qualities grouped by area that would be good for the network. You can view the lists below…

The group would love to hear from you with any things you think should be considered and any responses will be fed back into the process here in Budapest.

Top measures for success

The group also voted on their measures for success to create a list of the top priorities which should be a focus for the development of the network over the next 12 months. These of course are able to be changed by the network in due course but are to be a basis for activity over the coming days and months.
